마우스제스쳐 기능이 내장된 구글 크롬
스크립트를 사용하지 않고도 마우스제스쳐가 내장된 구글 크롬 브라우저가 있네요.
www.chromeplus.org 에서 다운받으시면 됩니다.
한글 사용가능하니 편리합니다.
하지만 포터블 버전(.zip)을 압축풀어 실행하면 "T2EMBED.DLL" 파일이 없다고 나옵니다.
구글로 검색하면 다운받을 수 있으니 구글 크롬이 설치된 폴더에 다운받으면 크롬을 실행 할 수 있습니다.

윈도우7 삭제하기
저 역시 받아 설치해보고 이래저래 사용하고 지웠습니다.
아직은 XP가 더 좋네요.
하나의 하드 드라이브에 여러개의 파티션을 사용하는 경우, 윈도우7 을 삭제해도 부팅시 OS선택화면이 나옵니다.
이 점을 해결 할 수 있는 방법입니다.
윈도우7 설치 DVD를 롬에 넣거나, 가상드라이버를 사용하신 분이라면 마운트 시킨 후,
시작 - 실행 - 윈도우7이 설치되어 있는 드라이브:\boot\bootsect.exe /nt52 ALL /force
이렇게 실행하고 재부팅하면 윈도우XP로 부팅이 됩니다.
저같은 경우는 윈도우7을 E드라이브에 설치했었기 때문에
E:boot\bootsect.exe /nt52 ALL /force 였습니다.
위의 명령을 실행하고 재부팅한 후에 윈도우7 이 설치됐던 드라이브를 포맷하면 됩니다.

막강한 오페라 브라우저의 주소입력창
예전의 주소입력창은 원하는 주소를 입력하고 찾아가는 곳이었습니다.
그 첫 진화는 한영키변환을 안하고 입력시 자동 변환 이었습니다. ㅈㅈㅈ. => www. 이렇게 자동 변환 됐습니다.
그리고 한글도메인주소가 유행하기 시작하면서 한글로 입력하면 찾아가는 기능이 생겨났읍니다. 하지만 한글입력에 오류를 보이면서 외면 받기 시작했습니다.
그외에 많은 기능을 지원하게 되었습니다.
구글검색과 연동하여 "운좋은 예감"처럼 사용할 수도 있습니다.
그리고 주소창옆에 검색창이 생겼습니다. ie8도 검색창이 있습니다.
파이어폭스에서는 좀 더 진화된 주소창을 만들 수 있습니다.
애드온 기능으로, 주소창에 ‘wikipedia babel fish’라고 입력하면 위키피디아로 ‘babel fish’를 검색할 수 있고, ‘map seoul’라고 입력하면 구글맵스에서 서울을 검색할 수 있습니다. 'g 브라우저'라고 입력하면 구글에서 브라우저를 검색해 줍니다. 또 새로운 검색을 만들 수도 있습니다. 개인이 원하는 다양한 검색을 할 수 있습니다.
오페라 브라우저 는 이 모든 기능이 자체 내장되어 있습니다.
검색창(구글, 네이저 등...) 이건 번역창(msn번역, 구글번역 등...)이건 맵검색(다음지도, 구글맵 등...) 이건 상관없이 검색어 입력창에 자신이 정한 ' 키워드 검색어'를 입력하면 스스로 찾아서 검색결과를 출력해줍니다.
오페라는 알려지지 않는 이런 많은 기능을 내장하고 있으면서도 적은 리소스사용과 최고로 빠른 웹서핑을 제공합니다.
버전 10 알파로 시작해서 베타를 거쳐 RC버전까지 왔습니다.
그러면서 한글 입력오류는 완전 해결됐습니다.
하지만 오페라 역시 파이어폭스나 사파리처럼 액티스X를 지원하지 않는다는 불편함이 있습니다.
액티브X로 도배를 하는 금융기관이나 수 많은 사이트를 사용하려면 어쩔 수 없이 익스플로어를 사용할 수 밖에 없습니다.
액티브X를 지원하는 스크립트나 애드온을 설치하면 되지만 좀 불편합니다.
이 점만 빼면 오페라 브라우저는 완벽한 브라우저입니다.

JetAudio 음장 설정
코원에서 많은 자금을 들려 독점 계약한 BBE 사운드!
BBE는 흩어지는 소리를 잡아 맑게 들려줍니다.
BBE VIVA는 3D 효과같은 음을 들려줍니다.
삼성의 MP3 플레이어에도 넣으려 했으나 독점계약으로 적용을 못시키고 자신의 음장효과를 개발해서 적용했다는 후문...
좋은 음장효과를 제대로 살리려면 일단 스피커가 좋아야겠어요.
음장효과들의 기본 방향은 깊고 풍부한 베이스, 분리도가 뛰어난 중음, 청아한 고음의 조화이니 아무래도 좋은 스피커가 좋을 듯합니다.
하지만 음장 셋팅을 잘 하면 좋은 음을 끌어낼 수도 있겠습니다. 그러니까 음장효과......
저사양의 스피커에 어울리는 음장조합입니다.
BBE, BBE VIVA - 50%
WIDE, REVERB - 20%
X-BASE - 25%
나머지 음장효과는 OFF로 해놨으나 좋은 스피커를 사용할 때는 ON시켜 적용하면 더 현장감있는 소리를 감상할 수 있을 것 같군요.

새로운 버전의 오페라 브라우저
잘 알려지진 않지만 속도면에서 크롬과 사파리를 능가하고 편리성에서도 앞서가는 오페라 브라우저는 계속된 업데이트를 하고 있습니다.
v10 alpha에서 v10 Beta2 build 1691까지 몇일에 한번씩 업데이트가 되고 있습니다.
새로운 기능이 추가되기도 하고, 버그를 수정하기도 하면서 한달에 3번은 업데이트되는 것 같습니다.
지금은 v9가 정식버전이지만 머지않아 v10의 정식버전이 나올 것 같습니다.
하지만 저처럼 급한 사람들은 새롭게 나온 버전을 사용해보고 싶어 안달합니다.
정식 버전이 아니어서 책임을 질 수 없지만 최신 버전을 사용해 보고 싶은 시다면 아래의 사이트에서 다운받아 사용해보세요.

개발중인 버전이라는 말과 데이터를 날릴 수 있으니 주의하라는 경고와 함께 다운로드 링크가 보입니다.
보통은 " Windows Classic "를 눌러 다운로드를 받으셔서 설치하고 사용합니다.
가끔 들러보면 build up된 버전이 게시되어 있습니다.
그럼 덮어쓰기로 설치하고 사용하시면 됩니다.

라는 새로운 키 생성 => 오른쪽 창에서 "새로 만들기 → 문자열 값"을 선택하여 "place0" 이라는 '문자열 값'을 만듭니다.
만들어진 "place0" 라는 '문자열 값'을 더블 클릭하여 자신이 자주 사용하는 저장 경로[(예) D:\작업중 ]를 입력한 후
확인. 자주 사용하는 저장(혹은, 열기)경로가 여러개일땐 "place0" , "place1" , "place2" , "place3" , "place4" 등으로
뒤의 숫자만 하나씩 늘여 나가면서 새로운 '문자열 값(저장될 경로)'을 만들어 주면 됩니다.

FLP를 SP3로 업데이트하기
sp3로 업데이트가 안 돼서 Win FLP를 한동안 잊고 살고 있었는데
뒤늦게 sp3로 업데이트가 된다는 것을 알았습니다.

안타까운 오페라 - 광고 좀 하지...

구글 크롬은 태어난지 얼마 안됐지만 Marketshare가 4위까지 올라갔습니다.
속도가 빠른거 외엔 좋은 게 하나도 없습니다.
IE처럼 액티브엑스도 안되고, 파이어폭스처럼 마우스제스처 외 많은 부가기능도 안되고,
새탭으로 창이 열리는 것이 대세지만, 아직도 단순 클릭만으로는 새 창이 열리고...
대안을 찾아보도록 하겠습니다. (플러그인 설치 포함)
속도 : 크롬, 파폭, 사파리, 오페라
액티브엑스 사용가능 : IE, 크롬, 파폭, 오페라
편의성 (마우스제스처, 스피드연결...) : 파폭, 오페라
다운로드 관리 (재 다운로드 지원 등...) : 크롬, 오페라
p2p 지원 : 오페라
메모리 사용량 : 오페라 < 크롬 < 파폭 < IE < 사파리
최고의 브라우저는 오페라입니다. 하지만 유료였던 오페라가 무료로 바뀐지가 얼마 안되서 홍보가 안됐나봅니다.
아무리 상품이 좋아도 광고, 홍보, 안내 등 알려지지 않으면 판매되지 않는 게 시장 원리입니다.
광고만 잘 되면 오페라가 바로 2등으로 올라갈 수 있는데... 아쉽군요.

windows 7 제거
1. Windows XP로 부팅하고 로그인.
2. Windows 7 이나 Windows Vista DVD를 드라이브에 넣기.
(가상 드라이브를 사용하는 경우 ISO이미지를 마운트)
3. 시작 메뉴 -> 실행에 아래와 같이 입력하고 엔터 => OS 선택 메뉴가 삭제됩니다.
"DVD 드라이브 문자":\boot\bootsect.exe /nt52 ALL /force
예를 들어 DVD 드라이브 문자가 "E" 라면 아래와 같습니다.
예 => E:\boot\bootsect.exe /nt52 ALL /force
4. DVD를 드라이브에서 제거한 후 컴퓨터를 리부팅. (마운트 시킨 경우는 그냥 놔두고 리부팅해도 됨)
5. Windows 7 의 폴더를 삭제. (독립적인 드라이브에 설치했다면 그 드라이브를 포맷)

저사양 PC에서도 사용할 수 있는 윈도우 7
위도운 7이 RC버전을 발표했습니다.
5월 6일부터는 일반인 들도 다운받을 수 있다고 합니다.
운영체제가 업그레이드 되면서 좀 더 고사양의 컴퓨터를 요구하게 됩니다.
윈도우 비스타는 무겁고 느리고 귀찮고 답답하고......
하지만 윈도우 7은 XP만큼 가볍다고 해서 아래 보시는 것과 같은 저 사양의 컴퓨터에 설치를 하고 사용해봤습니다.(그래픽카드는 64Mb입니다)
비록 1점이라는 최저 점수를 받은 사양이지만, 파일 이동 시를 제외하고는 전체적으로 XP보다 아주 조금 무거운 정도입니다.
오히려 몇 달전에 설치하고 사용해봤던 우분투 데스크탑 리눅스 v8 보다 더 가벼운 느낌입니다.
메모리 최적화를 한다면 아래의 저 사양 컴퓨터에서도 잘 사용할 수 있을 것 같습니다.
그 전의 베타버전에서 RC버전으로 바뀌면서 좀 더 무거워졌지만 그래도 만족스럽습니다.
베타버전에서는 자동으로 사운드카드를 잡아줬는데 RC에서는 수동으로 설치했습니다.
사양이 너무 낮아서 에어로 기능은 사용할 수 없는 것 같습니다.

모르면 바보 - 두드림통장의 오해
자유저축 통장중에 은행의 업무시간이 끝난 후, 또는 타행의 ATM기를 이용해서 인출하여도 수수료가 무료인 통장은 대한민국에서 유일하게 SC제일은행의 두드림통장 뿐입니다. 물론 인터넷뱅킹, 텔레뱅킹 이체 수수료 면제는 기본, 상대적으로 많은 이자... 이 모든 혜택들을 아무 조건없이 받을 수 있는 장점또한 갖고 있는 통장입니다.
그러나 타행의 ATM기를 이용하여 인출하려니 화면에 수수료가 표시되더군요.
속았다는 생각이 들었습니다. 하지만 이건 오해였습니다.
확인해본 결과, 타행의 ATM기기들은 제일은행 자산이 아니기에 수정을 못해서 그렇다고 합니다.
결론적으로 인출기 화면에는 수수료가 표시되지만 실제적으로는 수수료가 면제되는 것입니다.
단, 각 은행의 인출기가 아닌 NICE같은 편의점이나 전철역에 설치된 인출기는 수수료 면제에서 제외됩니다.
사실 현금인출을 할 때, 수수료가 아까워서 은행을 찾은 적이 한두번은 있으실 겁니다. -내 돈 내가 찾는데 수수료를 물어야 한다니...- 물론 신용카드나 체크카드를 이용하면 이런 불편은 없겠지만 그래도 현금이 필요할 때가 많습니다.
그리고 BC카드 가맹점에서 두드림체크카드로 결제할 경우 아래와 같은 혜택도 있습니다.
- 병원(치과, 안과, 한의원 포함) 이나 약국 업종 가맹점 이용 시: 사용액의 10%를 월 1회 최대 1만원 한도에서 캐쉬백 - 치과나 한의원이 할인대상 병원에 포함되는 카드는 매우 드뭄니다. (단, 동물병원, 건강진단, 산후조리원, 조산원 등은 제외됩니다)
- 학원업종(보습학원, 학습지, 예체능 및 컴퓨터, 외국어학원 등) 가맹점 이용 시: 사용액의 10%를 월 1회 최대 1만원 한도에서 캐시백 - 보습학원, 외국어학원, 컴퓨터학원, 학습지, 예체능학원 등 (단, 초,중, 고, 대학교 교육기관은 제외)

인출수수료 면제, 각종 할인을 잘 사용하면 1년에 적지 않은 돈을 아낄 수 있을 것 같습니다.

FileFox - 3.5 beta 4 preview
그동안 오페라 10 알파에 빠져 있다가 새로 나온 파이어폭스 v3.5 베타 4 를 사용해보려합니다.
파이어폭스가 그렇듯 최소한의 부가기능을 설치했습니다.
- FileGestures - 마우스기능을 이용하여 편하게 페이지나 탭이동을 할 수 있습니다.

IE Tab - 은행사이트와 같이 액티브엑스를 사용하기 위한 기능입니다.
입력해 놓은 사이트를 열 때는 자동으로 ie엔진으로 탭을 엽니다. 그래도 ie8보다 빠릅니다.
- LastPass - 자신이 가입한 수많은 사이트등의 아이디와 비밀번호 그리고 즐겨찾기를 웹상에 연동하여 보관, 관리합니다
* 그간 파이어폭스가 오페라10 이나 크롬 또는 사파리4에 밀렸었는데 지금은 비슷해진 것 같습니다.
속도는 빠르고(새로운 자바엔진 장착), 액티브엑스 사용에는 문제없고(IE Tab), 마우스제스처기능...
앞으로 엑티브엑스를 사용하는 사이트는 파이어폭스, 그 외의 사이트는 오페라 10을 사용해야겠습니다.

사파리 4.0 베타
구글 크롬보다 빠르며 마우스제스처나 아이디,비밀번호 관리, 그리고 동기화로 빠르면서 편하게 인터넷을 사용할 수 있습니다.
이번에 사파리 4.0 베타버전 을 사용해봤습니다.
오페라와 비슷하거나 약간 더 빠르다는 느낌을 줍니다.
그리고 다쯔님이 알려주신 방법을 이용하면 액티브X를 사용할 수 있습니다.

자동 실행되는 CD 만들기
ISO파일이나 자동실행 파일이 아니어도 CD를 넣으면 자동으로 실행되게 하는 방법입니다.
1. 빈 메모장에 아래와 같이 입력합니다.
[autorun]
open=ㅇㅇㅇ.exe
ㅇㅇㅇ.exe는 자동실행하고 싶은 파일명을 적으면 됩니다.
2. autorun.inf 라고 저장합니다.
3. cd 루트에 저장합니다. cd를 열었을 때 바로 보일 수 있도록 최상위에 저장합니다. 폴더 안으로 들어가면 자동실행되지 않습니다.

숲을 살립시다

탄소 배출권이 나올 정도로 지구의 대기가 많이 오염됐습니다.
숲을 살려 대기를 정화시키고 지구를 살려 후손들에게 물려줍시다.

최후의 선택 - Ashampoo Magical Defrag 2
윈도우에 내장되어 있는 디스크 조각모음, 그러나 시간이...
디스크 조각모음의 지존인 디스크키퍼, 퍼팩트 디스크 등과 검색해보면 나오는 수많은 조각모음프로그램들......
그러나 제가 FAT32 파일 포맷을 사용하는 관계로 O&O Defrag가 가장 적은 작업시간을 보이더군요.
하지만 역시 수동으로 작업을 해야한다는 부담감을 떨칠 수가 없습니다.
그래서 찾아본 백그라운드에서 자동으로 작업을 하는 프로그램 중 2가지를 후보에 올렸습니다.
그 첫번 째는 Advanced SystemCare Free로 유명한 IObit 에서 만든 Smart Defrag 1.10입니다.
system idle 상태일 때, 그러니까 컴퓨터가 쉬고 있을 때 자동으로 디스크 조각모음을 해줍니다.
괜찮은 어플리케이션입니다. 무료입니다.
두번째는 여러가지 괜찮은 프로그램을 가지고 있는 ashampoo 의 ashampoo magical defrag2 입니다.
역시 컴이 쉴 때 조각모음을 해줍니다. 위의 smart defrag와 비교한다면 위의 것은 지정된 시간동안 컴이 쉬거나 지정된 리소스를 확보했을 때 작업을 합니다. 그러나 magical defrag2는 키보드 입력이나 마우스동작이 없을 때 작업합니다.
이 프로그램은 설정을 할 것이 없습니다. 한글이 지원되기 때문에 설정에 큰 문제가 없을 것 같은데, 설정할 것이 없군요^^
디스크선택, 노트북을 위한 배터리 모드 실행하지 않기, 작업표시중에 아이콘 표시, 언어선택(자동) 밖에 설정할 것이 없습니다. 디스크만 정해주면 알아서 다 해준다입니다. 참 편합니다. 따로 시간을 내서 수동으로 조각모음할 일이 없습니다.
단점을 찾는다면, 수동 작업이 안된다는 점입니다. 하지만 자동작업을 할 때 다른 컴작업에 방해가 되지않으므로 괜찮습니다.
그리고 많은 무료와 트라이얼 버전의 조각모음 프로그램을 설치해서 비교했을 때, 조각모음 후에 가장 빠른 모습을 보여 줬다는 겁니다. 개인적으로 좋아하는 O&O defrag 같은 경우에는 조각모음 후 리부팅을 하면 파일읽어오는 소리와 소요되는 시간이 발생하지만 ashampoo의 그것은 그런 현상없이 그저 항상 쾌적한 환경을 제공한다는 겁니다.
언급하지 않은 유명한 프로그램들을 설치해서 비교해 본 결과 가장 만족스러운 과정과 결과를 가져오는 프로그램이 바로 Ashampoo Magical Defrag 2 입니다.

마우스 우측 버튼의 다양한 검색, 이동 - 오페라 브라우저
위 그림은 오페라 사용 시 웹페이지의 단어를 더블클릭하면 자동으로 나타나는 메뉴창입니다.
ie의 경우는 지정하고 마우스 우측버튼을 눌러야지 나오지만 오페라는 더블클릭해서 반전만 시키면 자동으로 나타납니다.
1. 복사 - 말 그대로 클립보드에 복사합니다.
2. 노트장으로 복사_ 오페라 브라우저의 자체 노트장으로 자동 복사됩니다.
일반 메모장이 아닌 내장 노트장은 웹과 연동해서 자동으로 동기화하므로 잃어버릴 일이 없습니다.
3. 말하기 - 선택한 문장을 읽어주는 기능입니다.
4. 검색 (으)로 검색 - 설정해 놓은 검색엔진이나 번역기로 결과물을 출력합니다.
5. 사전 - "merriam-webster" 사전을 이용해서 결과물을 출력합니다. (영문)
6. 백과사전 - "위키페디아" 사전을 이용한 결과물을 출력합니다. (영문)
7. 번역 - 야후에서 "babelfish"로 번역한 결과물을 출력.
한글은 없지만 검색엔진 추가를 이용해서 한글번역기를 달아 이용하면 됩니다.
8. 웹주소로 이동 - 선택한 웹주소로 이동합니다.
9. 메일로 보내기 - 오페라에 내장된 아웃룩같은 메일 클라이언트를 이용해서 이메일을 보낼 수 있습니다.
오페라에서 제공하는 이메일을 등록, 이용할 수도 있습니다.
검색항목 간단 추가 - 오페라 브라우저
전에 쉽게 번역기, 사전을 추가시키는 방법을 알려드렸습니다.
이 방법은 오페라 브라우저의 우측버튼에 있는 "검색엔진 만들기..."의 기능을 응용한 것이었습니다.
이 기능을 간단하게 설명하면,
추가하고 싶은 검색엔진이나 번역창등 검색어를 입력하는 검색창에 마우스를 대고 우측버튼의 "검색엔진 만들기..."를 누르면 쉽게 추가할 수 있습니다. 모든 검색창에서 가능한 것으로 보입니다.
한 예로,
1. 네이버 검색창에 마우스를 대고 우측 버튼을 눌러 "검색엔진 만들기..."를 선택합니다.
2. 검색엔진 설정창에서 이름과 키워드를 입력하고 나타나는 주소를 검색어 칸에 붙여넣기 합니다. 그리고 확인
3. 검색을 원하는 단어를 더블클릭하면 자동적으로 메뉴가 나타납니다. 거기서 "(으)로 검색" 에서 원하는 검색을 클릭하면
검색결과가 출력됩니다.
이 기능으로 더욱 더 쉽고 빠르게 검색엔진이나 번역기, 사전등을 추가할 수 있습니다.
알면 알수록 좋은 오페라 브라우저입니다.

전에 오페라 브라우저에 사전, 번역기 달기 를 소개해 드렸습니다.
이번에는 더 쉽게 어떤 언어간의 번역이던지 손 쉽게 검색엔진에 번역기 추가 방법입니다.
1. 야후 번역, 구글 번역
2. 입력 칸에 마우스를 갖다 대고 우측 버튼을 눌러 나오는 메뉴 중에 " 검색엔진 만들기..."를 클릭
3. 열리는 창에서 "이름"과 "키워드"를 입력하면 검색엔진에 추가됩니다.

광고없이 빠르고 깨끗한 웹브라우징
첫줄에 설명하듯이 광고없이 깔끔하고 빠르게 웹써핑을 할 수 있는 스크립트입니다.
설명을 보시면 아시겠지만 AdSweep는 오페라를 기본으로 만들어 졌습니다. 그러나 구글 크롬에서도 사용할 수 있다고 나오네요.
사용법은 "download it" 을 눌러 다운받아 압축을 풀어 저장하고 오페라 브라우저의
환경설정 - 고급설정 - 콘텐트 - 자바스크립트옵션 - 선택을 눌러 저장된 AdSweep.js 를 선택하면 설정 끝입니다.
그리고 http://www.adsweep.org/ 를 방문했을 때 화면 우측 상단에 "Your AdSweep is currently active" 라는 빨강색 메세지가 생성되면 정상적인 설치가 된 것 입니다.
아래의 그림을 보시면 설치 전과 설치 후를 확연히 구분하실 수 있을 것입니다.

오페라 브라우저에 사전, 번역기 달기
더 좋은 것은 단어를 더블클릭하면 저절로 오른쪽마우스 메뉴가 펼쳐진다는겁니다.
그러나 안타깝게도 "영어를 한국어로" 항목이 없습니다. (오페라 v10 알파 -> 한글적용 방법)
검색해보니 방법이 있긴한데 추가가 되질 안터군요.
그래서 오페라의 막강 기능 중 하나인 검색을 이용해서 만들어 봤습니다.
설정 : 도구 - 환경설정 - 검색 에서 "추가" => 이름과 키워드는 원하는데로
정하시고 "자세히"를 눌러 확장한 후
주소 -> http://babelfish.yahoo.com/translate_txt
검색어 -> ei=UTF-8&doit=done&fr=bf-res&intl=1&tt=urltext&trtext=%s&lp=en_ko&btnTrTxt=Translate
와 같이 입력하고 "포스트사용" 에 체크합니다.
그러면 브라우저 화면 우측 상단에 있는 검색항목에 추가된 것을 보실 수 있을겁니다.
사용 : 번역을 원하는 단어나 문구를 검색창에 입력하고 결과를 구할 수 있지만 좀 귀찮습니다.
그래서 더블클릭을 이용해 보겠습니다.
단어의 경우 더블클릭하면 자동으로 펼쳐지는 메뉴중에서 "(으)로 검색" - 만들어놓은 번역을 선택하면 됩니다.
구문의 경우 선택 (반전)하고 우측버튼을 눌러 위처럼 하세요.
같이 사용하는 jwBrowser"의 경우 "Ctr+Shift+D"하면 원하는 사전창이 팝업되지만
오페라 베터버전에서는 한국어를 영어로 번역할 수 있는 메뉴가 없네요. 하지만 정식으로 오페라 v10이 발표되면 추가되지 않을까 기대됩니다.

오페라 주소창에 버튼추가하기
오페라의 주소창에 여러가지 버튼을 추가할 수 있게 안내한 사이트입니다.
원하는 버튼을 나타내는 박스를 주소창옆으로 드래그해서 생성시킬 수 있습니다.
페이지 하단에 보면 액티브x때문에 오페라에서 표현이 안되는 웹페이지를 ie로 열 수 있는 버튼도 있습니다.

오페라 브라우저에서 글자입력 시 밑줄 없애기 (Opera 10 alpha)

오페라는 주소 표시줄이나 기타 입력할 때 밑줄(언더바)이 생깁니다.
그러다보니 특히나 받침있는 글자의 가독성이 떨어집니다.
아래는 오페라 v10 alpha 에서 글자 입력 시 밑줄을 없애는 방법입니다.
1. 우선 아래 내용을 메모장에 기입하고 utf-8형식으로 .css확장자로
Opera가 설치되어 있는 폴더 안에 저장합니다.
(ex:no underline.css) (파일이름은 편하신 대로 정하세요)

2. Opera를 종료하고 위 메모장을 저장시킨 폴더에서 operadef6.ini 파일을 메모장으로 엽니다.
(그냥 더블클릭하던가 우측 버튼누르고 메모장으로 열기를 하던가 하면 됩니다.)
3. [User prefs] 항목에 다음과 같이 추가합니다. (경로는 위에 1번에서 저장시킨 메모장의 경로입니다.)

더 빠른 엔진을 장착한 오페라 브라우저 v10 alpha 한글 메뉴 사용하기
현재 오페라의 최신 버전은 9.63입니다. 물론 정식 버전이므로 한글을 지원합니다.
9.63 버전은 2.1.1버전의 프레스토렌더링 엔진을 사용합니다.
아직 공식은 아니지만 알파버전이지만 v10 alpha에서는 30% 향상된 속도의 2.2 버전의 새 프레스토엔진이 장착됐습니다.
2.1.1엔진을 얹은 v9.63 보다 확실히 빠르며 IE는 상대도 안되고 파이어폭스나 심지어 크롬보다 빠릅니다.
속도는 크롬보다 빠르고, 편리한 여러가지 기능은 파이어폭스의 확장기능보다 안정적입니다.
다만, 액티브엑스로 점철된 국내 사이트에서 문제를 야기합니다. 예를 들어 스프링노트, 티스토리... 완전히 안 된다는 것이 아니고 일부기능을 사용할 수 없다는 말입니다.
제목으로 돌아가서 이렇게 좋은 오페라 10 알파 이지만 정식 버전이 아니라 아직 한글을 지원하지 않습니다.
한글로 오페라 10 알파버전을 사용하고 싶으시면
오페라 v10 alpha 다운로드 해서 설치하시고,
9.6 버전의 한글파일을 다운 해서 오페라 10 알파버전이 설치돼 있는 폴더중에서 "locale"폴더안에 넣으세요.
* 다운이 안된다면 아래 둘 중에 하나를 받아 사용하세요.
ko_1.lng그리고 오페라 메뉴 중에서 Tool - References - General 탭 - 하단의 language에서 "Details..." - User Interface language의 Choose...를 눌러 다운받은 한글 언어파일을 선택하면 한글로 사용하실 수 있습니다.
한글언어파일이 버전은 틀리지만 아직까지 문제는 없었습니다.
한글 적용 전의 영문버전과 한글 적용 후의 한글 버전입니다. (스킨은 별도로 적용한 것 입니다)

오페라 10.00 alpha 버전 간단 사용기
오페라의 새로운 엔진을 장착한 v10 알파를 사용해 봤습니다.
속도, 메모리 사용량, 편의 기능...... 한마디로 굿입니다.
단점은, 한글지원이 안된다는 점입니다. 하지만 쉬운 영어이니 별 어려움은
없을 듯 합니다.
그럼, 주요 기능을 항목별로 잠깐 살펴보면,
1. 마우스 제스쳐를 지원하는데 설정하는 곳이 없는지, 아니면 제가 못찾는지
모르겠습니다. 제일 처음 사용할 때 안내창이 생겼던 것 같은데, 그 때 그냥
닫아서 기억이 안남니다.^^ 가장 많이 사용하는 "페이지 뒤로 이동"은 됩니다. 이점이 개선 되어야 할 것 같군요.
2. 가장 매력적인 기능인 인터넷 서버와 실시간 연동된다는 점입니다.
사용하는 브라우저의 북마크를 웹상에 남겨 다른 컴에서도 사용할 수 있도록 하는 서비스가 몇개 있습니다.
대표적인인 사이트가 딜리셔스, 마가린이 있고 서치형인 툴바로는 알툴바, 네이버툴바가 있습니다.
편리하게 사용하려면 툴바를 설치하던가, 아니면 사이트에 접속해야 하는 불편함이 있습니다.
하지만 오페라에서는 자체적으로 1Gb의 무료 웹하드를 제공합니다. 사진, 파일등을 올려 보관이나 공유할 수 있습니다.
특히 , 오페라에 있는 bookmark, note, speed dial 이 실시간으로 연동되서 보관됩니다.
굉장히 편한 기능힙니다. 물론 브라우저를 시작할 때 로그인을 해놓아야합니다.
3. 여러가지 다양한 위젯을 사용할 수 있습니다.
4. 아웃룩같은 기능이 있어 pop3, imap를 사용하여 메일을 불러오고 읽을 수 있습니다.
그리고 적은 메모리 사용, 크롬보다 빠른 속도, 편리한 기능... 참 괜찮은 브라우저 입니다.

윈도우 7
요즘 윈도우 7 베타버전이 나와서 설치해 봤습니다.
Pentium(R) 4 CPU 1.60GHz, 576MB RAM의 저 사양 PC에 설치하고 테스트했습니다.
설치후 용량은 5Gb나 되지만 비스타보다 가볍고 XP보다 약간 무거운 정도...
동일한 컴에서 우분투 리눅스 v8.1를 깔았을 때보다 더 가볍습니다.
그러나 Internet Explorer 8 때문인지 윈도우 7 자체문제인지 모르겠지만,
xp_sp3_ie6 보다 인터넷 써핑시 페이지 로딩속도가 느립니다. 좋아지겠죠...
하지만 완성도가 높아요. 정식으로 배포되면 비스타 설치했던 유저들은 열 좀 받겠군요......
